Privacy statement
Panta Rhei Astrologie (Welborchlanden 9, 7542 XH Enschede) respects your privacy. Below you can read which personal data I process when you use the request form or get in touch, why, and what your rights are.
Which data do I process?
- Name, email address and phone number
- Date, place and time of birth, of you or of the person for whom you are requesting the horoscope
- Any further explanation that you fill in yourself
- An audio recording of the interpretation during the consultation, so that you can listen to it again. I make clear agreements with you about how long the recording is kept and whether it is shared
- Technical data for spam protection, such as a hashed IP address for a limit per visitor
What do I use them for?
To answer your request, to carry out the horoscope or consultation, and to stay in touch with you about your request. After submitting the form you receive a confirmation by email with the details you filled in. The legal basis is your consent (you tick this in the form) and the performance of the agreement.
Data of others
Are you requesting a horoscope for someone else (for example a child or a relationship horoscope)? Then only share the details of adults with their permission. For children, you as a parent or carer provide the details.
How long do I keep them?
No longer than necessary to handle your request and to meet legal obligations. A copy of requests on the server is deleted periodically.
Who do I share them with?
Only with parties that are needed to make the website and the form work, such as my hosting provider and the provider of the spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA). When you fill in a place name in the form, the text you type (only the place name, no other data) is sent to two search services to show suggestions: the PDOK Locatieserver (Dutch government) and Photon (OpenStreetMap data, Komoot). I never sell your data.
Statistics (Google Analytics)
If you give consent in the banner, I use Google Analytics to anonymously see how many people visit the site and which pages they view. A cookie is placed and data (with an anonymised IP address) is sent to Google. Without your consent, Analytics does not load. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent and object to processing. To do so, send a message via the contact page. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
