Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all services of Panta Rhei Astrologie (Karin Kuijper, Welborchlanden 9, 7542 XH Enschede, the Netherlands): horoscopes, personal consultations, mediumship and coaching. By making a request you agree to them.

1. What I do

Astrology, mediumship and coaching are meant for insight, reflection and awareness. I work with care and from my experience, but I cannot guarantee a specific result or prediction. With mediumship I cannot guarantee that contact will be made or what information comes through.

2. Not a substitute for professional advice

My services are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and do not replace it. If you have health complaints or concerns, or you have to make an important decision, always consult a qualified professional. What you do with my interpretation is your own choice and responsibility.

3. Request and agreement

An agreement is made once I have personally confirmed your request. I prepare a horoscope from the birth details you provide. If those details are incorrect, the outcome may differ, so please check them carefully before sending.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT. You will receive an invoice by email and pay it within 14 days, or sooner if we agree so. Prices on the website may change. The price I state when confirming your request applies to that request.

5. Delivery of a horoscope

A horoscope is an interpretation tailored to you. I aim to discuss it in a consultation at a time we agree on together. Any stated period is a target, not a hard deadline.

6. Consultations: appointments, cancelling and rescheduling

A consultation takes place in Enschede or online via Google Meet and lasts about an hour and a half on average. Can't make it? Let me know at least 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule free of charge. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, I may charge the full consultation fee. If something beyond your control happens, such as illness, we will find a solution together.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have no statutory right of withdrawal for a service that takes place on an agreed date, or that I make specifically for you (such as a horoscope), once I have started with your explicit consent. Do you want to withdraw a request before I have started? Let me know as soon as possible and I will not charge you.

8. Audio recording

I only make a recording of the interpretation so you can listen back. The recording is for personal use. You may not share or publish it without my permission. I do not share it with others myself.

9. Details of others

Are you requesting a horoscope for someone else (a child, partner or colleague)? Then only provide details of adults with their consent. For children, you do so as a parent or guardian.

10. Liability

I am not liable for damage resulting from decisions you make based on my interpretation. My liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned, except in case of intent or deliberate recklessness. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

11. Copyright

Texts, horoscopes and interpretations are for your own use. You may not distribute them or use them commercially without my permission.

13. Complaints and applicable law

Not satisfied with something? Let me know within 14 days via the contact page and we will find a solution together. Dutch law applies to these terms and all services. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can submit it to the competent court.
